As a Product Support Engineer, you will own relationships with our customers based in the EMEA (and some prospects) while working closely with the GTM team as well as the Product and Engineer teams. Your objective will be to ensure customers successfully integrate our API-first products and continuously improve their staking/DeFi activities.

You'll be working closely with the Product and Infrastructure teams to plan, architect, and implement our core product and take part in the construction of the roadmap with the rest of the team. As you architect, test, and refine the Kiln platform, you will ensure that our services communicate with each other seamlessly, have minimal downtime, and recover quickly.

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Kiln, you will join our Software Team, composed of 14 engineers (Backend, Frontend, QA) split into 3 squads, to build the future of our SaaS/API-first products. You will report to our Head of Software, and collaborate with the Product, Infrastructure and Smart-Contract teams to work on the various products that Kiln's offers.

As a Fullstack Engineer at Kiln, you will join the Software Development Team to build the future of our SaaS/API-first products. Reporting to our Lead Software Engineer, you will collaborate with the Product, Infrastructure and Smart-Contract teams to work on the various products that Kiln offers.

As the first hire dedicated to legal operations at Kiln, with a clear mission to build automation, tooling, and structure to make legal processes scalable across the company you will be responsible for creating and owning the legal ops function, driving operational excellence, and accelerating our use of AI.

Support the operation of Kiln’s financial systems through data monitoring, analysis, and report creation, as well as by contributing to process automation solutions. Work closely with our Head of Finance and collaborate with the Sales and Engineering teams to ensure the reliability of Kiln’s financial data for both internal and external stakeholders.
