The Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager at Kiva is responsible for driving revenue growth and engagement across corporate partnerships, with a total fundraising target of $1,250,000 annually in unrestricted donations, grants, and lending contracts. This role blends high-level business development with hands-on relationship management, serving as a key external representative of Kiva and an internal connector across teams.

As an intern with the Kiva Review and Translation Program (RTP), you will play a critical role in supporting and engaging remote international volunteers while aiding the growth of Kiva’s editing and translating volunteer program through volunteer recruitment. You will be the face of Kiva, communicating with new and existing volunteers all over the globe via our volunteer platform, Colibri.

The Finance Associate, Fund Operations on the Kiva Capital Fund Operations Team will provide operational and financial support for the innovative, impact-first, investment funds of Kiva Capital Management. As a member of the Kiva Capital Team, you will work directly alongside a team of deeply experienced Asset Management Professionals to help institutionalize and launch impact investment funds.

The Kiva Impact intern will conduct varied desk research and data analysis to help inform Kiva's operations and strategy with an impact lens. This role will partly focus on assisting the impact team with key impact reporting needs, which often require simple data analysis skills. The intern will analyze RADAR, GEAR, Climate Compass results, create reports, collect impact monitoring data, and support data analysis for key business questions around Kiva’s impact.

As a Content and Communications intern, you’ll work directly with the Content, Creative and Communications teams to assist with the creation and publication of content. You will develop thought leadership content and organize, publish, and create storytelling content.
