Role Overview:
- Own Kiva's organic social media strategy and day-to-day content planning.
- Partner with the Sr. Manager of Growth and Lifecycle to align social with organizational goals.
- Recommend channel expansions and adapt to algorithm changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage content schedules, design and copywriting processes.
- Administer Sprout Social for publishing and performance tracking.
- Monitor community engagement and escalate appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of social media management experience.
- Experience with Sprout Social and Canva.
- Strong attention to detail and written communication.
