- Author comprehensive creative briefs for each campaign: defining the audience, core insight, single-minded message, tone, channel mix, success metrics, timeline and budget guidelines.
- Along with the Marketing Communications Director, serve as the primary point of contact and strategic lead in agency kickoff sessions.
