As a Machine Learning Engineer at Loop, you’ll help turn advanced data capabilities into products that make it easier for merchants to run and grow their businesses. You’ll collaborate with the Data team, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to explore ideas, prototype solutions, and ship machine learning systems that make our merchants’ workflows more efficient. Your work will help unlock value for merchants.

The DevOps Engineering Manager will lead a high-performing DevOps group while staying technically close to the work. Your focus is self-service, empowering engineers to ship, observe, and recover services independently. You'll own the evolution of the AWS-based platform, designing multi-region architectures, deployment patterns, and resilient machine learning pipelines, allowing Loop to scale effectively.

As a Sales Engineer, you will explain the technologies, systems, and processes that power Loop to prospective and existing merchants, and deeply understand each merchant’s needs, pain points, and technical capabilities. Partner with our Sales, Onboarding, and Merchant Success teams to ensure that new merchants launch quickly and smoothly. This is an indispensable role.

As a key technical leader, you'll shape the future of the platform, establish architectural patterns, and drive technical excellence across backend systems. You'll also empower other teams through scalable solutions and self-service capabilities, solving complex technical issues for various stakeholders and ensuring an exceptional user experience.
