Represent Noctrix in direct virtual patient interactions, including application training, product demonstrations, and proactive and reactive therapy support. Serve as a consultant to clinicians and technicians during the implementation process and calibration sessions to ensure the smooth and effective integration of our product. Capture therapy support needs and provide valuable feedback to the product management and development teams.

As a Therapy Development Specialist, you will serve as a technical lead within the Customer Care team, primarily focusing on the onboarding and training of clinical partners, as well as their ongoing education and certification. You'll provide technical guidance and support to the Therapy Support team and assist with advanced therapy support for patients when needed. Your role is critical in ensuring expert-level training and support.

Responsible for customer communication throughout the sales process of Nidra therapy for individuals living with Restless Legs Syndrome. Requires empathy to educate customers about the benefits of our product portfolio and services while supporting them in the decision-making process. The Inside Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience and drive sales.
