This position ensures new students have a strong start by providing proactive support and guidance. The specialist focuses on the first two weeks of each student’s onboarding journey, helping students and families acclimate to the school’s online learning environment. After onboarding, supports student engagement initiatives and assists with re-registration campaigns.
