You will focus on enhancing quality of life, reducing behaviours of concern and promoting the rights of people with disability. You will work as part of a team to support people with evidence-based practice and developing your own knowledge, skills and experience. You live in or close to Portland or Hamilton.

As an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with Proficient or Advanced suitability, working as a Team Lead will see you make a real difference in the lives of people living with disability by helping them and those around them. You will focus on enhancing quality of life, reducing behaviours of concern and promoting the rights of people with disability.
