We're looking for a Brand Design Lead to help shape the next chapter of Paddle’s brand. You’ll lead design across our biggest campaigns and launches, translating strategy into bold, crafted creative that elevates how Paddle shows up in the world. You’ll bring creative leadership and deep craft to the heart of a small, high-performing team. This role requires a designer who can move comfortably between concept, direction, and execution.

Marketing Automation Specialist

As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll be the engine of our nurture strategy - designing, building, and optimising our lead lifecycle programs. Your core purpose is to drive predictable, scalable, and efficient demand by ensuring nurture strategy, sequencing, segmentation, and automation work together to accelerate full-funnel conversion and measurable pipeline impact.

Communications & Social Media Manager

Fast-paced, hands-on role at the intersection of storytelling, reputation, and community, it will help the team move with clarity, coordination, and confidence, ensuring Paddle’s story is told accurately and with impact.
