Paddle

You'll be working closely with Product managers, designers and engineers across teams to create a world-class user experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of our checkout user interface and user experience (UI/UX), focusing on creating a seamless and intuitive user journey through the checkout and payment flow, ensuring performance and accessibility for all users.

Convert qualified leads into delighted Paddle customers by engaging directly with a diverse range of companies, from SaaS to AI to app companies to established enterprise businesses. Define, drive, and achieve revenue targets, ultimately bringing Paddle closer to its vision of making Paddle the go-to solution for SaaS businesses worldwide.

As a key member of our Sales team, your primary focus will be to convert qualified leads into delighted Paddle customers. You'll engage directly with a diverse range of companies, from SaaS to AI to app companies to established enterprise businesses within these landscapes, as they explore their e-commerce provider needs. Your role is critical in helping us define, drive, and achieve our revenue targets.

In this role, you will drive business growth by understanding and innovating within our checkout experience, delivering an ambitious roadmap, and collaborating with stakeholders. You will manage subscription billing and payments for SaaS businesses, handle millions of global payments, and ensure accurate tax application. This role requires someone who wants to be part of something challenging and transformative, someone who will play a critical role in driving Paddle's success.

Contribute to the development of our core ledger, commission, tax, and payout systems, a critical part of Paddle’s billing and payments infrastructure solution. Collaborate alongside engineers, product managers, designers, and finance experts, getting involved in a wide range of areas. You'll develop and maintain financially-critical systems used by a rapidly growing global customer base, processing hundreds of millions of dollars per month.
