This Senior Backend Engineer role is essential for scaling the core Palette Labs platform to support hundreds of partners and millions of transactions. You will own the design, development, and reliability of critical services, focusing on complex domains like logistics, payments, and 3rd-party integrations.
This role is critical for delivering high-quality, performant mobile applications, owning the architecture and implementation of the mobile codebase. Focus will be on state management, performance, and native integration, translating logistics workflows into usable interfaces, maintaining stability, deploying new features, and enforcing high standards.
This role ensures the successful adoption and operation of the Palette Labs platform by independent RDS partners. The Account Manager owns the entire non-technical support layer, acting as the primary point of contact for operators, guiding them from pre-launch readiness through long-term operational success. This person partners closely with the engineering team by translating partner feedback into clear product and bug tickets.
