Train users and stakeholders on Microsoft Entra ID Business-to-Business new business system at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Create training materials, manage the materials, communicate the training schedules, perform the training, and document and report on the training. You will perform recurrent training, maintain a community of practice, and communicate with the Entra ID user base and stakeholders.

The Tier 2 System Administrator will support a dedicated Help Desk Team responsible for managing VA’s enterprise Entra ID B2B tickets in the Microsoft 365 environment and assist end users by resolving a broad range of technical issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and exemplary patience.

The Systems Engineer will design, implement, and maintain enterprise Entra ID B2B collaboration solutions within the VA’s environments. This role involves technical oversight of system integrations, security configurations, and application support to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant B2B operations across VA agencies and partners. The engineer will collaborate with cybersecurity, support teams, and project managers to optimize system performance and security.

The Microsoft Entra ID Engineer will support inter-agency B2B collaboration initiatives, managing, maintaining, and securing Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and related systems, ensuring compliance with federal standards and VA policies. This role involves collaborating across teams to support site assessments, system integrations, security measures, and help desk operations related to B2B initiatives and data management.

The Senior Solution Architect will provide technical leadership, architecture design, and strategic planning support for software development and sustainment projects. They will be responsible for guiding the end-to-end design of cloud-based enterprise systems in a SAFe Agile environment. The candidate will lead development and documentation of system designs, interface specifications, and data models using VA-approved tools.

Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native platforms and infrastructure, focusing on creating scalable, reliable, and secure systems using AWS services, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code principles. Balance technical expertise with a strong understanding of business needs to create solutions that drive organizational success.
