As a founding Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Engineering Manager to build the foundation of our Financial Service application layer, to architect and ship high-impact features that bring real-world financial utility to millions of users, building everything from backend services and wallet integrations to clean, intuitive user experiences.

As a founding Full Stack Engineer on the Polygon Fintech Labs team, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Engineering Manager to build the core application layer for our next-generation fintech products. From day one, you’ll collaborate closely with product and design to architect and ship intuitive, high-impact features that deliver real-world financial utility to millions of users.

As the founding Engineering Lead for the Polygon Fintech Labs team, you’ll own the technical vision for the application layer's suite of products. You’ll be the architect behind the MVP and will operate like a startup CTO, working closely with product and design from day one. If you’re excited about abstracting Web3 complexity to unlock everyday utility to payments, yield, programmable flows then this is your moment to build from zero.

Own the product roadmap for Polygon Fintech Labs, driving prioritization of features and shaping a superior financial UX. Translate monetization strategies into product requirements and actionable development plans. Define user stories, journeys, and success metrics, working closely with UX and engineering teams to deliver outstanding experiences.
