The State Partnerships Manager will formalize and grow partnerships with state governments on the east coast. This role involves building long-term, strategic relationships with state agencies that administer government benefits like SNAP and Medicaid. The role identifies, pitches, and structures formal collaborations with state partners to improve the delivery of public programs while driving forward Propel's mission and business goals.
