Lead Engineer - Design Sytems

As a Lead Engineer you will provide in-team leadership to three direct reports, while also driving the delivery of software within the Design Systems team and strengthening engineering quality. Your primary focus will still be technical, being responsible for writing clean, scalable, testable code and in ensuring high quality development practices and standards. You will utilise your technical expertise to support and drive the evolution of the Design System and related tooling.
