Develop a plan to ensure ODM/OPPT products are accepted by Sierra customers and meet the expectations of the Sierra brand. Act as the in-country point of contract and leader to manage the ODM partner to success. Work with the Sierra CX team to ensure product delivery, documentation, and support mechanisms create a positive experience. Build alliance and trust between ODM partner(s), OPPT and Sierra development team in Taiwan.
