ODM Liaison

Verification and customer acceptance assurance plan. Develop a plan to ensure ODM/OPPT products are accepted by Sierra customers and meet the expectations of the Sierra brand. Execute test plans with sufficient discipline to align with engineering practices and document outcomes thoroughly. Scope of testing covers firmware, certification, host interface and 3rd party testing.40% ODM liaison. Act as the in-country point of contract and leader to manage the ODM partner to success. Identify gaps and risks in the program for mitigation by the OPPT team. 30% CX team liaison. Work with the Sierra CX team to ensure product delivery, documentation, form fit and function and support mechanisms create a positive experience and confidence in OPPT products. 20% Taiwan leadership. Build alliance and trust between ODM partner(s), OPPT and Sierra development team in Taiwan. 10%
