Sibill

Sibill is seeking a CRM Manager to scale and optimize its CRM strategy, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across the full customer lifecycle. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with Growth, Brand, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You will design and optimise automated lifecycle flows, implement multi-channel CRM campaigns, and safeguard database health.

You will grow Sibill’s social presence by engaging with the community and creating SEO-oriented content that will open new communication channels. You will test new ideas and experiment with formats to help Sibill move faster every day. You will manage existing social channels, create engaging content, coordinate with the graphic designer, develop SEO content, and monitor social trends and competitor strategies.

As Senior Data Scientist, you will build data products that empower customers to run their business better, working cross-functionally with data, engineering, product, and design teams. You will work with business-critical company data, including money flows, bank transactions, invoices, and general ledger records to solve specific customer problems.

You will report to our Senior Data Engineer. You will work with her and build all the data pipelines and metrics that empower our team with business intelligence and analytics. You will work with the people in our data, product, marketing, customer success, sales teams. We sit on top of the most business-critical company data.
