Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Solflare's global events, including conferences, hackathons, meetups, and internal events from initial planning through post-event analysis.
Partner with executives, Brand & Creative, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors to deliver consistent, high-impact brand experiences worldwide.
Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, coordinate international logistics and travel, and lead on-site operations to ensure exceptional experiences for all stakeholders.
