Reporting to the Senior Director, Directed Content Operations, Operations Managers oversee our Directed Content research pods and are accountable for the overall performance of the research pods under their purview. They motivate, manage, and support a team of Project Managers and Analysts in the delivery of high-quality, relevant content against our Directed Content volume and coverage goals. Natural people leaders, Operations Managers cultivate talent, identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes.
