Reporting to the Sr. Director Client Success, the Field Performance Manager will develop close relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key decision makers, and maximizing the potential of each account by educating clients on effective use of current suite of products and recommending additional products that meet client needs. Position requires 80% travel within the Northeast Region.
Seeking a Technical Support Representative to add to our Customer Success Team. Ideal candidates should have 2 yearsβ experience in customer service with a technical background. This position requires someone that does well supporting end users on software programs, is personable and professional on the phone, has great patience, and is very savvy with software.
