Conduct performance and engineering in AWS-based environments. Develop and execute automated performance test scripts using JMeter and Performance Center. Perform load, stress, volume, and endurance testing to evaluate system scalability and reliability. Monitor production systems using New Relic, Splunk, and Amazon CloudWatch to identify and resolve issues. Create dashboards and alerts to proactively detect performance anomalies. Analyze test results, document findings, and generate performance summary reports. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to resolve performance bottlenecks.
Be part of a team supporting a multi-year CMS contract. The Full Stack Developer will work under the supervision of the Development Manager and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Java and Angular. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions that meet business needs.
Collaborate with Product Owners to break down complex business needs into clearly defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that reflect stakeholder objectives. Lead and facilitate backlog refinement sessions, helping prioritize features and stories based on business value and technical feasibility. Engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams to align roadmaps, identify dependencies, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
