As the Director of Retention - Casino & Realsports at Sporty, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our retention strategy across both Casino and Realsports verticals, with the goal of maximizing player lifetime value in all markets. You’ll drive customer engagement and loyalty through data-driven lifecycle management, retention marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, personalization, and player experience initiatives.

As the Team Lead for our Core Availability team, you'll drive the architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions, lead a group of talented developers, ensuring smooth collaboration, technical innovation, and strong delivery results, encompassing both hands-on coding and line management, helping the team grow, improve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
