Teaching Lab

Teaching Lab is hiring a contract Software Engineer to build out the infrastructure and products to support AI-empowered classrooms. As a key member of our development team, you will build software that directly impacts the educational success of students across the United States. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing the technical infrastructure that enables our products to work together as a coherent ecosystem.

The Director, Program helps set Teaching Lab’s programmatic goals, creates the systems and processes for meeting them, delegates work to team members, and leads the implementation of these systems and processes to meet the programmatic goals, which is critical in Teaching Lab’s mission.

The Director of Proposal Management and Writing leads and manages Teaching Lab’s full proposal development lifecycle. This role sets and implements the strategy, vision, and standards for producing high-quality, competitive proposals that advance Teaching Lab’s mission and growth goals. The Director oversees the review and analysis of complex RFPs, designs proposal strategies, manages timelines and deliverables, and coordinates cross-functional teams.
