Teaching Lab

Plays a critical role at Teaching Lab by bridging external business development with internal programmatic execution, responsible for cultivating and sustaining high-impact relationships with district, state, and school partners, while serving as a key integrator between the Strategic Growth and Program teams. Instrumental in retaining and renewing partnerships, ensuring that every partner experience meets Teaching Lab’s standards of excellence.

The General Ledger Accountant is responsible for managing the organization’s general ledger and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). This role owns key components of the monthly close process and drives improvements in financial operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant seeking a stable, impactful role.

The Manager, Learning & Research collaborates with others to implement Teaching Lab’s strategy to evaluate and share the impact of our professional learning on teachers and students, taking ownership of departmental and organizational systems and processes. This role supports program evaluation and research initiatives, strengthening Teaching Lab’s research design capacity and learning organization culture.

Collaborates with others within the Program division and across the organization to meet Teaching Lab’s programmatic goals, takes ownership of the organization’s systems and processes, and implements them consistently and successfully. This role is critical in Teaching Lab’s mission to positively impact educator practice in service of increased student learning.
