The General Ledger Accountant is responsible for managing the organization’s general ledger and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). This role owns key components of the monthly close process and drives improvements in financial operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant seeking a stable, impactful role.
The Manager, Learning & Research collaborates with others to implement Teaching Lab’s strategy to evaluate and share the impact of our professional learning on teachers and students, taking ownership of departmental and organizational systems and processes. This role supports program evaluation and research initiatives, strengthening Teaching Lab’s research design capacity and learning organization culture.
Collaborates with others within the Program division and across the organization to meet Teaching Lab’s programmatic goals, takes ownership of the organization’s systems and processes, and implements them consistently and successfully. This role is critical in Teaching Lab’s mission to positively impact educator practice in service of increased student learning.
