We seek a data-driven Paid Media Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns that drive measurable results for B2B clients. This is a remote contractor role open to candidates based in the UK. The position requires working hours of 12:00–21:00 local UK time to ensure strong collaboration with our U.S. teams.

We're seeking a front-end developer passionate about crafting beautiful interfaces with a strong focus on performance and maintainability. This role involves translating designs into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts using SCSS, and developing efficient JavaScript code. You should be comfortable debugging across browsers and employing modern JS libraries to solve visual challenges.

In this role, you’ll own the delivery and operational success of key client projects, streamline workflows, and serve as a trusted partner to clients, helping them turn strategic goals into real results. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning strategy, content, design, paid media, and web development, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability. This is a mid-to-senior level position with opportunities to mentor others and influence how we deliver work across the agency.
