Be responsible for managing a full cycle sales process including prospecting, lead generation, scheduling meetings, and supporting potential customer conversations through to close. Cultivate relationships with college and university personnel, set-up presentations with key stakeholders, and customize programs that meet their needs. Achieve and exceed sales expectations and goals, owning all stages of the sales process. Uncover goals of clinic/administrative staff and align product offering.

Provide therapy and support to students, faculty, and staff. Offer therapy, partnering with them to identify their needs, collaborate and develop treatment plans, and guide them, when necessary, to other appropriate TimelyCare services. Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population.

TimelyCare is seeking a Business Development Representative (University Partnership Coordinator) with a hunter mentality, responsible for sales activities including prospecting, meeting set-up and support, top of funnel awareness, and pipeline acceleration. This role involves implementing prospect engagement practices, collaborating with teammates to create best practices, and strategically prioritizing territory and messaging to different market segments.

Drive the successful delivery of innovative telehealth and well-being solutions for college students. Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other internal teams to ensure that product enhancements and features are delivered on time, meet user needs, and align with business goals. Excel at project coordination and stakeholder management, and passionate about improving student health outcomes through reliable and user-friendly digital solutions.

The TimelyCare Clinical Outcomes Intern will help coordinate and program manage an existing continuing education program, conduct a needs assessment of training needs, analyze that data, identify high-yield topics, and schedule related trainings. The intern will assist in creating relevant success metrics for clinical training initiatives and care delivery, and may also assist with data analysis and writing for research projects.

Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population. Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record. Communicate cross functionally with other teams/departments in order to support care continuation as needed, adhering to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethics.
