Contribute a consistent allocation of time to building out 3D art assets for the game. Address artistic challenges, manage art-team workloads, and ensure art assets are delivered on time, efficiently, and within the technical performance budget. Lead, manage, and mentor a small team of artists, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and fostering a positive, creative work environment.

Create 3D items for players to purchase to customize their avatars. Work with the art lead on artistic challenges, deliver with consistent speed across all requests, and ensure art assets are delivered on time, efficiently, and within the technical performance budget provided by the lead. Use creativity and insight to add value to asset requests, ensuring alignment with art lead and game team goals.

Ideate brand activations, create pitch decks and sales materials, and manage accounts; the role involves acting as the main liaison between Voldex, internal game teams, and partners to manage partnerships across Brookhaven, Driving Empire, and NFL Universe Football.

Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing to interviewing to offer negotiations) while maintaining excellent candidate experiences. Elevate internal recruitment processes, leverage outbound recruitment strategies, and serve as an advisor to hiring managers. Attract great talent by defining and executing recruitment marketing strategies.

Test games across various devices, including Console & Mobile, gaining a deep understanding of their systems and retaining knowledge for future testing. Find, reproduce, and clearly document issues of varying complexity, providing all necessary supporting materials such as logs, screenshots, and reproduction steps. Provide clear, actionable information to developers and stakeholders, ensuring issues are fully understood and prioritized effectively. Conduct testing focused on the overall user experience and feel of the game, acting as a voice for our players. In collaboration with the QA Lead, create and execute comprehensive test plans with strong coverage, ensuring both core features and edge cases are validated.
