Empathize with every aspect of the customer journey and understand customer's needs to help through onboarding. Deliver adoption insights and coach customers to be Voxy product experts. Maintain high customer engagement and partner with Key Account Managers to drive retention, explore upsell opportunities, and translate business needs into new solutions.
In this role, you will build data frameworks and systems to optimize product performance, improve user experience, and support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and business teams to assess the impact of products and services, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and transform ROI storytelling for the organization.
