WeTravel

The role involves building features end-to-end, from user interviews and product design to architecture, building systems, deployment, and monitoring in production. You will partner closely with the product team to discover user problems and shape their solutions, creating a world-class experience for organizers and travelers. The role requires writing high-quality, maintainable code across both frontend (TypeScript/React) and occasionally backend (Ruby on Rails).

Take ownership of WeTravel’s debt recovery process — from identifying overdue balances and following up with clients to collaborating cross-functionally to maintain financial integrity. Combine financial acumen with clear, empathetic communication to ensure that organizers are supported while driving timely resolution of user issues and outstanding payments. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy, visibility, and collaboration across teams.
