Support the end-to-end execution of email and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Coordinate creative assets, build and deploy campaigns and automations, and support loyalty and retention initiatives. Play a key part in maintaining campaign documentation, QA processes, and summarising results to inform ongoing improvements.
