Program Assistants support Program Leaders and Mentors by assisting with meetings and substituting. Grading duties result in more hours if there are Mentors in the program that opt into it. Applications must include a cover letter that describes why this role + you = a match made in heaven. This position may act as a Substitute or Guide for our in-person Adventures program, school club leader, or grading assistant during the school year.

The Program Leader is counted on to ensure that each program is of the highest quality, the mentors within the program feel valued and supported, and that the curriculum is expertly maintained and updated as necessary. Program Leaders are a part of the Academics Team and report directly to the Director of Academics. They lead, manage, and hold accountable, ensuring mentors are prepared and observed regularly to encourage improvement.
