This role helps Wingspan deliver high-quality and empathetic support to contractors across the world as the face of Wingspan to our customers and the internal experts on their experience with our product. You'll own incoming customer requests and help resolve their issues via chat, email and phone. You'll become an expert on Wingspan’s product and customer experience and translate customer needs into detailed escalations and bug reports.
