• Architect and implement high-performance authorization systems that support real-time policy evaluation.
• Build deep domain expertise in authorization paradigms and best practices for domain modeling.
• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their compliance, governance, and access control requirements.

• Introduce new features and shared services into the WorkOS Dashboard and Admin Portal
• Partner with UI engineers on UI components and frontend infrastructure
• Integrate WorkOS products into the WorkOS Dashboard as we dogfood our own product features

• Design and engineer delightful developer and end-user experiences
• Develop a deep understanding of evolving products and increase its adoption
• Develop a deep understanding of how diverse customer personas interact and integrate with our mature products, and work to reduce friction points

• Provide security guidance on all new and existing products.
• Perform regular product security assessments.
• Triage and escalate security issues.

• Improve access controls, endpoint security, and tooling across the company.
• Own and improve WorkOS's identity and access management systems.
• Partner with Infra to implement controls for least privilege, audit logging, and change management.

• Mentor product engineering teams, providing them with security knowledge, support, and guidance.
• Perform security reviews and assessments, ensuring products and features are secure by default.
• Lead security projects from inception through to completion, advocating for security best practices.

• Architect and implement systems for real-time encryption, secure storage, key-rotation, and data revocation across multi-tenant applications.
• Build deep domain expertise around encryption key management (EKM), envelope encryption, BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), and context-based key isolation.
• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their compliance, key control, and security requirements.

Design and build performant, resilient systems for real-time identity event processing. Craft intuitive APIs and developer workflows that make Radar easy to adopt. Develop a deep understanding of the identity-security landscape and shape Radar’s product direction.

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to design and maintain the WorkOS website and digital marketing surfaces.
• Help evolve and implement a scalable UI design system that ensures consistency and quality across all web experiences.
• Deliver cohesive, on-brand designs with consistent visual and interaction patterns.

• Work with users daily via Slack, email, and Zoom.
• Provide technical advice to developers on best practices for integrating with our API.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise from the developer and diagnose any blockers.

• Optimize how the team produces code and collaborates to build WorkOS.
• Build trust and credibility across the engineering team, while identifying pain points and recommendations to improve how software is built internally.
• Serve as a bridge between infrastructure, product, and leadership to ensure tools and systems are maturing alongside the product.

• Design and engineer delightful developer and end-user experiences.
• Build a deep understanding of AuthKit’s place in the market and increase its adoption.
• Collaborate with other product teams, solutions engineering, and our go-to-market team.
