Responsible for the day-to-day operation and technical support of the IFS Cloud ERP platform and associated applications. Works closely with the ERP Solution Architect (IFS) and the Data Architect as well as specific project leaders. Supports the Transformation team in the daily operation of the IFS cloud system, liaising with support partners to ensure maximum availability of the system to the end user community.

Advancing data analytics and master data management (MDM) capabilities are at the core of the company strategic vision to augment business decision-making. This role will be responsible for cultivating a culture of data stewardship and ownership across the enterprise. Crucial to ensuring data quality accuracy, security, and compliance of data, the role will involve working with the stakeholders to gather requirements, and design and implement standardized data governance policies.

Involve configuring IFS Cloud ERP solutions, analyzing business needs, providing technical support, and conducting user training to optimize supply chain functionality. Listen and understand business requirements and how IFS ERP can enable these. Develop business and functional specifications Support implementations, integrations, and customisations. Facilitate communications throughout the business regarding IFS Provide ongoing support and training to people using IFS ERP Creating IFS documentation and guides.
