As a social platform used by millions globally, safety isn't a feature, it’s a core product mission. We’re now looking for a Safety Product Manager to join the Product team and take ownership of some of the most critical challenges we face. As a Safety PM, you’ll be part of the Product team and work cross-functionally with engineering, ML, design, data, legal and Trust & Safety (T&S) ops teams. This is a high-impact, strategic role with end-to-end ownership of safety initiatives at scale.

As a Trust & Safety specialist Finnish, you will develop subject matter expertise on online abuse. You will investigate user safety incidents reports and apply internal policy guidelines and enforcement actions accordingly. You will escalate/Handle high risks escalations and apply critical thinking based on level of risk. Also, you will identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and user policies.
