Senior Technical Product Manager – Integrations & Platform

Role Responsibilities:

• Own the product definition and day-to-day execution for a set of business-critical and technically complex integrations.
• Work directly with engineers across time zones to prioritize and deliver integration work, creating clear product specs from technical requirements.

Working Style:

• Be deeply embedded with development teams during implementation and involved in release planning and go-live readiness.
• Take a hands-on approach with QA, regression testing, and issue triage to ensure quality.

Qualifications and Impact:

• Requires 3-7 years as a Technical Product Manager with strong technical literacy in APIs, authentication, and data formats.
• The role is crucial because integrations determine platform success, offering meaningful ownership and influence on platform scalability.

Team Structure:

• Report to the Head of Product and collaborate daily with engineering, QA, and external partners in a hybrid model from the Boston HQ.
