Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct a team of biostatisticians, overseeing their deliverables and fostering both technical and professional growth.
- Lead Biostatistics contributions to oncology clinical validation projects and develop novel statistical approaches for study design innovation.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in Biostatistics or a related quantitative field with 7+ years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics.
- Strong expertise in survival analysis, censoring, and advanced statistical techniques relevant to oncology diagnostics and FDA requirements.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven success in technical leadership, strategic thinking, and developing high-performing teams in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively across diverse disciplines.
