We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to join our AI Agents Delivery team. This team is at the forefront of innovation, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, prompt engineering and testing new technologies. In this position, you will have a key role in the evolution and scalability of MVPs and pilots, ensuring deliveries that follow all best practices and contributing to solving problems that impact the future of our product line. Responsibilities: Lead complex projects of evolution and scalability of MVPs and pilots for challenging business hypotheses, related to AI Agents. Ensure the delivery of solutions with all the best practices of development and software engineering, promoting quality in deliveries. Coordinate the identification and resolution of problems in projects, continuously seeking improvements in solutions. Collaborate effectively with different areas, promoting the exchange of knowledge and the validation of solutions. Mentor team members, including full and junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning. Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related areas. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with emphasis on Artificial Intelligence. Expertise in Python and proficiency in tools such as N8N. Knowledge of Google Vertex AI and AWS Bedrock. In-depth understanding of A2A (Application to Application), MCP (Model Context Protocol) and ADK (Application Development Kit). Knowledge of techniques such as RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), memory and characteristics of AI agents. Solid experience in prompt engineering and agile methodologies.
