What You'll Do:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; proven content creation experience for YouTube and TikTok.
- Confident on-camera presenter able to explain complex ideas simply.
- Reliable equipment: HD camera, external microphone, good lighting, and demonstration tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or advanced expertise in test-prep subject areas.
- Experience creating educational or tutorial content.
- Familiarity with short-form content pacing, hooks, and trends.
