About the Role:
- Build and own Runway's YouTube channel from the ground up.
- Be on-screen, behind the camera, and in the edit teaching generative AI.
- Ground tutorials in real outcomes like ads, short films, and VFX shots.
What You'll Own:
- Set the channel strategy with the creative team on topics, formats, and cadence.
- Own growth, watch time, and retention, iterating on what works.
- Write, film, edit, and finish every video independently.
What We're Looking For:
- An active YouTube channel or substantial body of published long-form video work.
- Expert editing and motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve).
- Advanced hands-on Runway experience and fluency with generative AI video tools.
