Content Strategist

This is a contract opportunity and a remote position. As a Content Strategist, you will be part of a dynamic Talent Solutions team, focusing on enhancing self-serve digital customer onboarding and product updates using the WalkMe platform. Your responsibilities include designing, creating, editing, and publishing in-product content that improves the user experience while adhering to brand standards. You'll collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams, contributing to a customer-first digital program. Key tasks involve testing content usability and functionality, troubleshooting, maintaining content throughout its lifecycle, gathering requirements, aligning deliverables with internal teams, and tracking key performance metrics. The role requires 3+ years of experience in content strategy, strong writing and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage projects independently, and excellent communication skills.
