Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team and help build a greenfield WhatsApp conversational bot embedded into our money remittance platform. This combines AI-driven prompt engineering, human-centered conversational UX, and complex backend integrations for a product that will handle regulated, real-money transactions. You’ll design prompts and flows that keep the conversation useful, natural, and on track, even when users try to take it sideways.
You’ll be crafting natural language UX: guiding users who don’t know the “script” through complex financial flows while keeping the interaction friendly, efficient, and complaint. You'll be engineering services that connect AI conversations to real-world transactions, from integrating with the WhatsApp Cloud API to payment processing systems.
