The Senior Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing persona-based journeys, owning email nurture & lifecycle campaigns, and managing the end-to-end webinar program. This includes defining and implementing tailored marketing journeys by practice area and persona, aligned to buyer needs and funnel stages. The person will build and optimize segmented email nurture programs and lifecycle campaigns with personalized messaging and also own webinar strategy, promotion, logistics, and post-event follow-up to maximize lead generation and engagement. The role also activates social campaigns, optimizes website conversion, supports integrated campaigns, and leverages third-party sponsorships.
