Senior Software Engineer (Node.js/TypeScript)

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Node.js/TypeScript, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work in the Tech & Product Team (currently a team of 15!), building innovative features that solve real-world problems for our student members and our employer clients. Collaborating closely with your direct team members along with other stakeholders across the company, you’ll be enacting real and meaningful change to students and graduates in the UK and beyond! Key projects include: New AI-Driven Project : A greenfield initiative leveraging Vercel AI SDK, TanStack Start, Redis, Drizzle and more Talent Tracker : Our employer analytics platform built with React, Shadcn, GraphQL API, Prisma, and Elasticsearch Our services are deployed on AWS and managed with Terraform. Our architecture evolves as our needs grow, so you'll also have the opportunity to directly influence the direction of our technological choices as we move forward.
