Machine Learning Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the ML strategy for dialogue systems and tie bets to business metrics.
• Lead a team of 3 ML engineers, set technical bar, hire, and grow the team.
• Drive LLM post-training end-to-end including SFT, LoRA, and preference optimization.

Requirements:

• Technical degree and real ML engineering background with shipped models.
• Expert-level Python, solid understanding of transformers and LLMs.
• Production experience with LLM systems, APIs, and cost/latency trade-offs.
