Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic direction, quality assurance, and growth of school-based behavioral health programs across multiple markets.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, accreditation, and legal standards for all programmatic functions.
- Represent the organization as a subject matter expert locally, nationally, and internationally.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Five years of school-based services leadership experience and clinical licensure are preferred.
- Strong ability to build relationships with school administrators and interdisciplinary teams.
