- Develop best-case, base-case, and worst-case scenarios, calculating exit proceeds.
- Perform commercial and financial due diligence, collaborating with venture architects.
- Summarize insights into clear memos with investment recommendations.
Market Research and Support:
- Conduct competitor research, market sizing, and benchmarking.
- Support cap table modeling and valuation work for venture builds and acquisitions.
- Maintain independent workflows with regular feedback loops.
