Designer and Packaging Branding

Responsibilities:

• Own design for assigned fragrance collections and brand systems across multiple SKUs, sizes, and substrates.
• Build distinct visual territories using color palettes, typography, finishes, and pattern/illustration.
• Create on-pack architecture, comps, mockups, and style guides that balance beauty with clarity and scalability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in packaging and brand design (CPG/beauty/fragrance), with strong visual craft in typography, composition, and color systems.
• Proven ability to turn direction into scalable on-pack systems and clear presentation skills.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and strong Figma skills.

Compensation:

• Salary range from $3,000 to $4,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• Full-time contract through a payroll platform, working remotely for the client.
• Opportunity to work with first-class global companies from Latin America.
