Lead and grow the mobile engineering team, setting the technical bar for code quality, architecture, and mobile performance. Own the mobile architecture across Android, iOS, and WebAssembly builds, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability. Implement disciplined release practices through deep integration of feature flagging (LaunchDarkly), staged rollouts, and A/B testing. Champion an experimentation-driven culture, building robust instrumentation pipelines to measure feature impact and user behavior. Define and enforce mobile-backend boundaries, ensuring that Hasura and database schemas remain stable and purposeful while mobile evolves rapidly. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Design to create healthy push-pull dynamics that drive clarity, focus, and achievable timelines.
