Cybersecurity Operations Engineer

Essential Function:

• Perform day-to-day security operations and engineering for a SaaS product in AWS.
• Execute FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, and CJIS security controls in daily activities.
• Complete continuous monitoring, control testing, and audit evidence tasks.

Security Operations:

• Operate endpoint detection, centralized logging, and vulnerability management.
• Monitor alerts, triage events, investigate identity and network activity.
• Support incident response including containment, recovery, and root-cause analysis.

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years in cybersecurity engineering or security operations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS-hosted SaaS environments and security tools.
• Strong knowledge of FedRAMP, CJIS, and regulated cloud operations.
