Job Description
The Panel Content Strategist is responsible for leading the planning, creation, optimization, and management of written and multimedia content across all centralized panel brands within the M3 Group. This role ensures that all content aligns with the organization's brand guidelines and strategic objectives, enhances user experience, and drives business results. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, and a strong command of content operations with excellent leadership capabilities.
Essential Job functions:
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration Manage and support the content team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Provide direction, feedback, and oversight on team performance and daily operations. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams across all panel functions and brands. Partner with the Senior Manager Global Brand & Engagement to execute strategic marketing initiatives both regionally and globally. Represent the panel team in external forums such as webinars, interviews, and roundtable discussions, as needed.
Content Strategy & Editorial Execution Implement and manage an existing centralized content strategy, ensuring continuity and alignment with brand and business objectives. Approve and review content assets to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
Content Operations & Governance Uphold and enforce content guidelines, editorial standards, and branding requirements. Ensure content workflows and project deadlines are consistently met.
